Recently we have seen a resurgence of interest in the preservation of our sturdy, primarily brick housing stock and sustainable, walkable neighborhoods. Despite offering the services and cultural attractions of a major urban area, housing here continues to be quite affordable.

 

Opportunities abound for rehabbers to polish exquisite Victorian and Craftsman-era gems. Other choices include freshly renovated vintage homes and brand new construction.
